Your sample is free, is the sample shipping free?: A: Samples are not free. You may get a refund when you place the initial order.

What is your payment term?: A: 30% deposit and 70% payment before shipment.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?: OEM order: 45-60 days after receiving the deposit.
ODM order: 30-45 days after receiving the deposit.

What is your shipping method?: A: Sample: Express mail (DHL, UPS or FEDEX). Bulk order: By sea or air.

Can I put my own logo on it?: A: As long as your purchase quantity matches our MOQ, your logo can be made by screen print, laser, embossing, transfer printing, etc.
